Nursing Home Abuse and Neglect
Making the decision to entrust the care of a loved one to a nursing home can be difficult. Even more painful is learning that a nursing home has failed to provide the care expected or deserved. Falls occur when patients try to do things for themselves when nurses are not available to assist them. These injuries and other types neglect are avoidable with proper care and well-trained nursing home personnel.
